In this screen you are able to add new Users to your system with different roles such as Kitchen User, Delivery Manager, Store Manager, Driver.
Kitchen User is only able to see the Kitchen Screen.
Delivery Manager is able to manage the Dispatch screen.
Store Manager is able to manage everything in the system.
Driver has no access to the system, but can log in to the Driver app (For more information on this, please go to the Driver Guide).
The process of adding new user consists of adding the new user email address in Add User section. Then User receives confirmation email in order to set the password and other credentials.
The steps are as follows:
- In Add User section enter User Email and select User Type for the User you would like to add
- Click Add User
- New User Email appears in the list in Users screen
- User also gets the invitation email which requires them to verify their account
- Click Here link leads you to the welcome screen where you enter your credentials in order to verify your account
- Click Next to continue with the verification process
- Validation form appears
- Enter all the necessary data
- Click Validate to complete the process
User gets the email after successfully completing the registration process.
