Context
It may happen that you have set the correct price for the Combo in the POS but Management Center isn't showing the correct price.
It is a configuration error on the POS end. This article shows how to solve this. We'll use an example below.
Example:
There is a price disconnect within a Combo between POS and MENU, so the price isn't displayed correctly:

Solution
MENU is correctly fetching the price for these Combos, which is 2500. However, the burgers inside these Combos (in the POS backoffice) aren't correctly mapped as the main item for these Combos. This causes MENU to assign the price incorrectly, because the main item - burgers - are not setup properly.
So: the Combo mapping is correct but the items assigned to it as main items are not. These items are probably used for other Combos, so we would recommend to:
- create new items in Management Center to map the correct burgers and assign them to these Combos
- change the main item for these Combos in the POS system so it matches with the burgers that are currently mapped
Once the price of the burgers is corrected, a POS sync in Management Center is required for the prices to display correctly.
